PART 1: Excavating & Healing Wounds Through the Lens of Somatic Experience & Attachment

March 29, 2024 @ 8:30 am - 12:15 pm EDT
$85

This integrative training, spanning 3 hours, is designed for mental health professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of blending techniques from attachment theory and somatic experiencing frameworks.

Many clients express a desire for, require, and are prepared for profound exploration of fundamental issues, emotional pain activation, and behavioral patterns in relation to themselves and others. By utilizing these modalities and evidence-based research, therapists and their clients can navigate trauma activation intensity and release stored energy from the body. Research-backed strategies and empirical studies indicate that somatic attachment practices serve as a valuable clinical approach for both physiological and psychological recovery.

Learning Objectives:

  • Examine & review 4 Attachment Adaptations
  • Identify & discuss limbic resonance in relationship to the healing bond between self & others
  • Provide three instances of complex defenses a client might somatically encounter, along with subtle methods to nurture sensations and harmony in the body.
Early registration $70. And $85 after March 19.
